1. No purchase is necessary to apply online for the JMH OIL Inc Clubcard. Points
will be awarded for each fill up of 76 gasoline over 8 gallons (10 points) and
one point for every dollar spent on Auto Repair. Example: $172.24 = 172 Points.
2. Once Points are redeemed they will automatically be deducted from your points
account. Clubcard points may not be transferred to another account name and
have cash value towards Auto Repair only.
3. Your earned points will show up on the Points History page within 2 days
of the activity. If you have not received your adjusted point balance after
2 days please contact our Customer Service 1-888-250-4558.
4. Points may only be redeemed for Oil Changes, Auto Repair and Prizes, NOT
GASOLINE.
5. Use of our Clubcard Program is restricted to users who are at least 18 years
of age. If you violate this rule, all points used in redeeming the item will
be null and void.
6. Once Points are redeemed or spent, they will not be returned. All rewards
are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
7. There is no maximum points accumulation per calendar year. Points will expire
two (2) years from date earned, if not redeemed. Points will expire on a first
in, first out basis. We reserve the right to change the Program expiration date(s)
at any time.
8. If an error is made in crediting or debiting points to your account, we will
make every reasonable effort to correct the points. If there is a dispute over
the accuracy of the points accumulated or redeemed and the dispute cannot be
resolved, then the points calculated by us are the correct points to be issued
or redeemed. Any errors or omissions will be resolved by JMH OIL Inc and reported
on the Points History page. If JMH OIL Inc issue more or less points than actual
points earned, then JMH OIL Inc. have the right to make adjustments as appropriate.
JMH OIL Inc. has the final word on all disputes. Any points awarded in error
will be removed from your account.
9. We reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate any or all rules, regulations
or offers of the Clubcard Program, including changes in point values, rewards,
and reward levels without prior notice at any time.
10. We reserve the right to terminate program privileges and void or cancel
an individual's entire point balance if any points in an account are issued,
obtained or redeemed through fraud or theft or otherwise not in accordance with
these Rules and this site's Terms of Use.
